Chia seed and almond milk creams

Ingredients for 4 people

- 500 ml vanilla almond milk
- 8 tbsp. chia seeds

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup

- fresh fruit for presentation (raspberries here)

Recipe :

  1. In a bowl, whisk the almond milk with the sugars and chia seeds vigorously. Let sit for 10 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times until the mixture thickens quickly.
  2. Divide the mixture into each saucer or bowl and place in the refrigerator. Leave to set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. To be made the day before for breakfast.
  3. Before serving, add the fresh fruit of your choice. For even more deliciousness, you can also add crushed almonds or hazelnuts, coconut, etc.
