Figues rôties et crème au gorgonzola

Roasted Figs and Gorgonzola Cream

Ingredients :

- 1 to 3 figs per person

- gorgonzola (70 g for 6 figs)

- crème fraîche (2 tbsp)

- a little white wine (about 50 ml)

- salt/pepper/butter

- for serving: rocket/parma ham

Recipe :

Cut the stems of the figs with scissors and cut them in the shape of a cross on the top.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the figs and cook over low heat, basting them with butter for 10 minutes. Keep the figs warm.

Deglaze the pan with white wine. Add the gorgonzola. Melt. Add 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche. Salt. Pepper.

Place the figs on your plate. You can also place some Parma ham in the shape of a nest. Place the fig(s). Drizzle with gorgonzola cream. Decorate with rocket leaves. Serve immediately.
