Be careful, these small cheese or fruit knives still cut very well! The blades are stamped "Coutellerie fine G. Chazeau". The artisanal GOYON-CHAZEAU cutlery has been established in La Monnerie Le Montel since 1953, in the cutlery basin of Thiers, the capital of cutlery. The handles are in imitation horn and the rings are finely chiseled.
